Maternity Leave without a baby feels a lot like vacation

Under 2 weeks until the official date, but if genetics has anything to say about it, baby Rodkey will arrive late (according to both grandmas) so we are prepared for a late arrival.  I am now done working and it feels a bit strange not heading somewhere on vacation, but rather just sort of hanging out.  We are filling the time with Chicago vacation-like things (see Chicago Eye photos).  We went to the 1/2 price Sox game last night and were amazed at the special treatment because of my girth...a huge pregnant belly can move even the drunkest, hooligans to part the seas and make way for the pregnant lady...who knew the benefits to largeness?

Attached are some recent photos:
The mobile my uncle Scott made for the baby...too cool!

Lisa, 8 and 1/2 months pregnant doing some plumbing after Evin stripped a connector on the toilet that said "hand-tighten only".  I think the direction writers did not take into consideration what "hand-tighten only" might mean to Evin, who thinks anything worth doing is worth doing with full force.
The blanket that my cousin Leah knitted for Baby Rodkey.  I knit and don't even begin to understand how she made it; it is a work of art, that little lucky baby.
